SCOPE

This project will complete Forest Street from it's current dead end to O'keefe Road. A curb and gutter street will be constructed with the installation of sanitary sewer, stormwater management, sidewalks, and street lights.

TIMELINE

FUNDING

The funding for this infrastructure comes from the Northeast NIA which is a local authority designed to promote development within City's. The construction for the extension of Forest Street was awarded to Joe Raica Excavating out of Fowlerville, Michigan. The total funded amount approved by City Council is $500,000.
