Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request

The City of Marshall strives to maintain an open government. Part of ensuring an open government is our adherence to the Freedom of Information Act. The City of Marshall's Freedom of Information Act Policy, as approved by the City Council on June 15, 2015, is to respond to requests in a fair manner.

FOIA requests must be submitted in writing to the FOIA Coordinator for the City of Marshall. The FOIA Coordinator for the City is the Clerk. Requests can be hand-delivered, mailed to the Clerk's office, faxed or emailed.
