The Reserve Unit of the Marshall Police Department is a group of volunteer civilian police officers who aid and support the regular police officers in carrying out their duties. The reserves are utilized at special events, parades, sports events, civil disturbances, natural disasters, and as a supplement to the regularly deployed patrol force.
