The City of Marshall and the City of Battle Creek have issued the following press release concerning our respective muncipal water sources.  Click Here

Water customers that are connect to the City of Marshall  water system can continue to use and drink the water as normal. The City of Marshall has four active wells which are located north of Rice Creek along E. Green Street.  The well head protection area runs north from that location.  Click here for more information about the well head protection area.  The aquifer that these well draw from is not affected by the oil spill. 

The City of Marshall tests its water supply at the water treatment plant and throughout the system daily as per our normal operating procedure.
