Marshall’s industrial community consists of several manufacturing companies in the areas of automotive and transportation equipment manufacturing, food processing and machine and tool shops.
There are two distinct areas of manufacturing...
The Brooks Industrial & Research Park [ ]
Established in the 1960, the City of Marshall's 220-acre Brooks Industrial Park (formerly L. Alta Brooks Industrial Park) boasts a
healthy cross-section of manufacturers, including automotive parts suppliers, machine & tool shops, and food processors, among others.
Current park residents include Autocam, Joseph Campbell Company, Drake's Batter Mix and Marshall Excelsior just to name a few. The Park is 100% developed with a total of 25 occupants. To accommodate future growth, Marshall has identified 25 additional acres dedicated to light industrial manufacturing. The Brooks Research and Industrial Park will consist of both industrial and research and development acreage as part of a Master Plan developed by Smith Group JJR.
Industrial Road Corridor
Along with the businesses in The Brooks Industrial & Research Park, Marshall is also home to 35 other general industrial businesses (warehouses, manufacturing plants and vacant land) located outside of our industrial park and inside the City limits.
Our staff can assist you in choosing the location that best suits your companys needs.
