The Hospital / Neighborhood Committee was a Mayor-appointed committee which held their first meeting on July 13, 2010 and their last meeting on September 26, 2011. The Committee's goal was to “Provide a plan to accommodate hospital expansion that is satisfactory to the Community and to the Hospital”. 

CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE FOLLOWING HCOD ORDINANCE & MAP ON APRIL 1, 2013.  THE MATTER WAS FILED FOR A REFERENDUM AND COUNCIL REFERRED IT BACK TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING.  THE PUBLIC HEARING IS SCHEDULED FOR JULY 10, 2013 AT 7 p.m. in COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF TOWN HALL.

Council received this ordinance on 2/4/13 and scheduled a Public Hearing for March 4, 2013

Council delayed a decision due to the possibility of improper noticing.  Hearing will be renoticed for April.
