
The Marshall City Utility Billing Department is located on the 1st floor of Town Hall, in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office. The Utility Department is part of the Clerk-Treasurer’s office and is responsible for the administration, meter reading, billing and collection of all utility accounts. This includes the monthly billing of over 5000 electric, waste water and water accounts. Ensuring proper receipting, recording, depositing, investing and distributing of all monies received by the City are further responsibilities.
For convenience to customers, electric utility payments may be paid online. Also, a drop box is located on the east side of Town Hall and in the door of the main entrance to the department where persons may leave payments after hours.
