The Marshall City Utility Billing Department is located on the 1st floor of Town Hall, in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office. The Utility Department is part of the Clerk-Treasurer’s office and is responsible for the administration, meter reading, billing and collection of all utility accounts. This includes the monthly billing of the City’s 4,439 electric, waste water and water accounts on the Caselle utility billing software system. Ensuring proper receipting, recording, depositing, investing and distributing of all monies received by the City are further responsibilities. |
