Dial-A-Ride is a Response on Demand public transportation service operated by the City of Marshall. Response on demand service is the most convenient way to get around, because buses are sent to pick you up when and where you need them! Dial-A-Ride has been providing safe and reliable transportation to the citizen of Marshall since its inception in 1974.

To make our buses convenient and safe for everyone, they are equipped with wheelchair lifts. This makes it possible for passengers in wheelchairs to board and depart the bus at all locations covered by our service.

It is recommended that you call ahead to schedule a pick-up if you are going to require service during peak daytime hours. Peak times are 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. prior to the start of the school day, 2:30 - 3:15 p.m. during the school year when grade schools dismiss for the day, lunchtime, and any other time that would commonly be a heavy traffic time of day. Call 269.781.3975 during our regular business hours to pre-arrange your transportation needs.
